I am subletting the smaller bedroom in my 2-bedroom 80 sqm apartment. The apartment is located in an old building in the heart of West Berlin. All the rooms have large windows which get sunlight throughout the day. I am renting the room furnished so I will provide a bed, a closet, and a TV inside the room but you're welcome to bring your own furniture as well. The apartment has one more bedroom (which I use) along with a large living room and a spacious balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The apartment is located on a quiet street which is a 5-minute walk from S-bahn Halensee and a 10-minute walk from S-bahn Westkreuz. There are 2 different bus stops within a 3-minute walk and 7-minute walk respectively. Within 10 minutes, you're on the Ku'damm. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk and you have multiple options in the area. Just across the bridge is the Halensee which can be a great spot to chill out in the summer. I am an expat living in Berlin for 3 years. I work full time in IT and work from home 2-3 days a week. I like cooking, playing FIFA and watching TV. I am not a party person so the apartment is usually quite calm and ideal for spending a quiet evening. Sometimes, I have friends over on weekends but it's mostly dinner and some board games. I like to keep the apartment clean and ensure that there is no mess in the shared areas. I would expect the same of my flatmate. I also have a cleaning professional come over to do a deep cleaning twice a month so you would just have to do the basic stuff on a routine basis.
