Our apartment in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district is very quiet on the 3rd floor of the rear building with a view of the greenery. Equipped with a 140x200 bed, a large wall unit, two lounge chairs, a dining/work table with matching chairs, and a flat-screen TV, it is a wonderful place to live. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The bathroom has a bathtub with a glass shower wall and a wide washbasin with plenty of shelves. Everything is newly tiled in the trendy color gray. Opposite our house is the Kulturbrauerei with a REWE supermarket (open 8 a.m. to midnight), a cinema and a garden restaurant. Kollwitzplatz and Mauerpark are just a few steps away - so you are in the middle of the best location in Prenzlauer Berg. The Eberswalder Strasse subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants and shops of all nationalities can be found in the side streets. The price includes Wi-Fi, cleaning once a month, all other incidental costs and personal support. Only electricity is charged extra according to your own consumption.
