There is a washing saloon in the building where the tenants can do laundry, it has an extra charge and have to be paid by yourself. Location The apartment is located in a nice building at Leibnizstraße, in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin! It has its own bathroom. It's 5 minutes walking from public transportarion: Subway, S-Bahn, Bus. We have all the major supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking and free parking on the street. Miscellaneous The area is extremely safe. The whole building belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group of international students and be part of a multicultural community. Rent includes all utility costs. IMPORTANT: - CHECK IN: Check in time is from 1 to 3pm.
