The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a stone's throw away and invites you to relax or go jogging. All rooms in the apartment face south-west and are therefore very friendly and bright. There is also a loggia balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset at the end of the day, as well as two French balconies. We currently live in the apartment ourselves. It is therefore not artificially furnished, but has been furnished by us over time with attention to detail. Since we both work from home a lot, we have set up a separate home office. Alternatively, the room could also be used as a children's room. Public transport connections are very good - just 3 stops on the M4 to Alexanderplatz and a direct connection with the M10 to the main train station. --- We are currently still living in the apartment. Clothes, files, most of the books and all personal belongings that can be seen in the photos will move with us.
