The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. In the building there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer that can be shared. We operate a solar system on the roof, which supplies around 40% of the electricity, so that even more of our own electricity is used, we pay attention to the use of power-intensive devices in sunny weather. The M1 Wiesenwinkle stop is right outside the door, 3 minutes walk to 2 restaurants, REWE, pharmacy, flower shop, bakery, kiosk with Hermes etc. Aldi is also 3 minutes walk in the other direction.
