As it is our home, and we need to be sure the tenants are reliable, we will need the following documents for the application: - copy of the last 3 payslips and permanent working contract - copy of the liability insurance policy - Schufa (credit rating ) - copy of your ID with current living address and/or any document that shows your current residency - certificate of freedom from rent debt In the event of an increase of the utility costs (heating, electricity, hot water), we reserve the right to adjust the energy fee accordingly.
