The comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a large house and has a living space of approx. 104 sqm. The apartment consists of a large living room that opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is accessible through special sliding doors. The living room leads into the study. The room is very spacious and stylishly furnished. The entire furnishings are chosen so that the tenant feels at home, creating a very homely, domestic atmosphere. The floor of the entire apartment consists of beautiful, well-kept wooden floorboards. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large, wooden dining table with seating for up to four people. The high windows ensure that a lot of light falls into the apartment. The balcony can also be accessed from the living area, another highlight of the apartment. The separate sleeping area has a large double bed. On the wall there is an antique-looking pinewood wardrobe, which offers enough space for all tenants' clothes. The kitchen, which is directly adjacent to the living area, has a lot to offer: a refrigerator, a modern stove, an oven, a toaster, a kettle as well as cutlery and crockery. As a highlight, there is also a dishwasher, which ensures maximum comfort. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The apartment is very centrally located in Berlin and is in the "Bavarian Quarter" in Schöneberg. It is only a few minutes' walk to Wartburgplatz, Heinrich-Lassen-Park or Rudolph-Wilde-Park. All three invite you to relax and unwind after work with their green spaces. The subway stations "Rathaus Schöneberg" and "Bayerischer Platz" are both about 350 m away from the apartment and can therefore be easily reached on foot. A bus stop ("Kufsteiner Str.") is also just a few meters away. The tenant has several options for everyday grocery needs: There is a local store on the side street and an EDEKA and a PENNY are within 650 m of the apartment.
