The kitchen is accessible through special sliding doors. The living room leads into the study. The room is very spacious and stylishly furnished. The entire furnishings are chosen so that the tenant feels at home, creating a very homely, domestic atmosphere. The floor of the entire apartment consists of beautiful, well-kept wooden floorboards. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large, wooden dining table with seating for up to four people. The high windows ensure that a lot of light falls into the apartment. The balcony can also be accessed from the living area, another highlight of the apartment. The separate sleeping area has a large double bed. On the wall there is an antique-looking pinewood wardrobe, which offers enough space for all tenants' clothes.
