I have been living in Berlin since 5 years and I am staying for almost 1 - 1.5 weeks every month in Berlin. So actually I am not really often in the apartment because I am in Munich or traveling around the world. I am a non-smoker and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment as well as animals. I am very social outside of the home, so when I am at home I enjoy having my time - so this is not a party shared apartment. I enjoy cooking at home and taking it easy when I am at home. I am looking for someone who has a full-time job or enough financial resources, wants to live in a great location in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and enjoys having some me-time, too.
