We created a student-friendly living space by selecting materials that transform the apartment into a peaceful environment with bright colors: a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen and all you need to cook both gastronomic and on-the-go meals. It has Limoges dishes, fine glasses, good cutlery, and sharp cooking knives. Each room offers a single bed and (a) roomy closet(s). Laundry is a snap with an all-in-one washer-dryer. Washing machine and dryer - NO dishwaher - NO inside keys If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is two months' rent. If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrollment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent - a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via and claim the first month according to their Terms & Conditions. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest
