Rental exclusively for subletting for 1 semester to international students with permanent residence outside Germany who want to study in Berlin for 1 semester. The shared apartment is rented to two students at the same time, who move in and out together. Apartment 71 m2 spacious, beautiful and bright stucco old building apartment with 2 shared living rooms (26 m2 + 15 m2), a common room (18 m2), small kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Furniture including washing machine, microwave and basic equipment for daily needs are available. Each living room has its own entrance. The rent including all additional costs (running costs, heating, water, electricity, internet) is 1,400 EUR per month, divided into 750 EUR / 650 EUR per shared room. Location The apartment is south-facing on the 2nd floor of a Wilhelminian-era building in Berlin's Kollwitz district, quiet but central and right in the middle of things. In the immediate vicinity is the Wasserturmplatz with its historic park, small cafes and lively restaurants. Shops for daily needs are just around the corner. The Kollwitzmarkt on the weekend is right next door. The "Knaackstraße" tram is a 2-minute walk away, the nearest subway, "Senefelderplatz", is just under 10 minutes away. By bike you can reach Humboldt University or Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes, by public transport in about 15 minutes.
