A clever room layout, stylish design and high-speed internet leave nothing to be desired. The building is on Mühlenstraße, a busy street in the middle of Pankow, not far from the center of Berlin. Due to its location, the area is very popular with students, trainees, commuters and especially young people. Shopping facilities, restaurants & bars, the Berlin city center, diverse nature and several university campuses can be reached quickly. Washing machine (4.50 euros per use) and dryer (2.50 euros per use) are located in the laundromat. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys.
