It's mandatory a monthly cleaning from 45€ up to 60€ to be paid directly to the cleaning person. Also there is Broadcasting fee of €18.36 (per month, to be paid to ARD), because monthly rent amount does not includes ARD fee (TV & Radio tax). Required documents: Copy of passport; Work contract/proof of income/financial support;Registration letter from University. Maximal rental period : 12 months. ANMELDUNG IS POSSIBLE. Please also note the approval of the request is based on personal and profile information, giving the option to the landlord to accept or not the request.
