From November 1st, I am renting out my modern and centrally located new apartment (23 sqm) in Berlin-Mitte for up to 4 months. It is located right next to Berlin Central Station (800m) and has a cozy living/bedroom with sofa bed (140 cm x 200cm) and TV, a well-equipped kitchenette with coffee machine and dishwasher, and a stylish bathroom. The building offers a concierge service, a gym, a laundry room with several washing machines and dryers, and a large bicycle cellar. There is also an Italian café in the entrance area that serves delicious coffee, cakes, and pizza. The location in Mitte is ideal - numerous restaurants, cafés, and attractions are nearby, and the transport connections, both local and long-distance, are excellent, which is particularly convenient for commuters.
