We are looking for a suitable subtenant for our apartment for the period of a longer sabbatical. The modern, light-flooded old building apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed old building, directly on Pariser Platz. The apartment is rented fully furnished and impresses with high-quality furnishing details. In addition to a quiet bedroom with a double bed and a study facing the inner courtyard, the spacious living room is the highlight of the apartment. There is also a fully fitted kitchen (incl. oven, microwave etc.), a bathroom (incl. shower/bathtub, washing machine) and a guest WC.
