The surrounding environment is good, the street facilities are complete, and the room is tidy and clean! The transportation is convenient, highly recommended!

Very good service, which made my check-in smooth.

Conveniently located near the school, with a short distance, suitable for daily life, providing a great experience.

The greenery nearby is good, and the room has its own balcony with sufficient light.

Very good, thank you, very convenient.

Pros: The house comes with a bed, table, and cabinets; the landlord provides bedding and kitchen utensils, so you can move in with just your luggage. The surrounding environment is also nice, and it is very close to the Garching campus. Cons: The living space is relatively small, the price is slightly high, the shared kitchen for 5 people requires coordination, and the quality of roommates directly affects the living experience.

The whole process was really quick, from renting to check-in, everything went smoothly.

The uhomes app solved a major problem for me when studying abroad, which is the issue of settling down after entry. I arrived in Germany just before the New Year's holiday, and uhomes employee Grizmann helped me coordinate with the landlord, resolving quite a few of my issues.

The room is very clean, the quality of the furniture is good, the internet needs to be self-managed, overall I am very satisfied! The apartment is also well-located, and shopping and commuting are very convenient.

Very good. The furniture is all new. The agent is very responsible.

Finding a house near the Garching campus of the Technical University of Munich is quite difficult in the country. I am relatively satisfied with this house I found on an overseas renting platform. The biggest advantage of the house is of course its location in Garching. It is close to the Garching campus, just one subway stop away, and there are several buses that go directly there, making it about a ten-minute bike ride. The apartment is about a ten-minute walk from the Garching subway station, which has a REWE supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants. It's a five-story apartment building, with my room on the third floor, making it very quiet. There is a Penny supermarket nearby, just a four-minute walk away.

The environmental location is quite good, but the process of getting internet service is a bit troublesome.

The location is very good, but the house is a bit old, which does not affect the living.

The large balcony is very comfortable, the internet speed is over 300 Mbps, and the new renovation provides good sound insulation.

My roommates are very friendly, the housing search is quick, and responses to messages are fast.
