The surrounding environment is good, the street facilities are complete, and the room is tidy and clean! The transportation is convenient, highly recommended!

Pros: The house comes with a bed, table, and cabinets; the landlord provides bedding and kitchen utensils, so you can move in with just your luggage. The surrounding environment is also nice, and it is very close to the Garching campus. Cons: The living space is relatively small, the price is slightly high, the shared kitchen for 5 people requires coordination, and the quality of roommates directly affects the living experience.

Finding a house near the Garching campus of the Technical University of Munich is quite difficult in the country. I am relatively satisfied with this house I found on an overseas renting platform. The biggest advantage of the house is of course its location in Garching. It is close to the Garching campus, just one subway stop away, and there are several buses that go directly there, making it about a ten-minute bike ride. The apartment is about a ten-minute walk from the Garching subway station, which has a REWE supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants. It's a five-story apartment building, with my room on the third floor, making it very quiet. There is a Penny supermarket nearby, just a four-minute walk away.

The environmental location is quite good, but the process of getting internet service is a bit troublesome.
