With it’s first residents moving in September 2024, this purpose-built structure will provide fresh, modern and comfortable housing for students in Catalunya.

Located within 18 minutes in train of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Llac provides a convenient, safe and secure location to live and learn. Sabadell is just a short journey away from Barcelona, so residents can also regularly visit the vibrant capital of Catalunya.

Need a moment to chill out from studying? Sabadell Llac will have a fully furnished lounge, designed as a communal area for all residents. Take some time to socialize with fellow residents or classmates in a comfortable and homely area.

Prefer exercise as a way to destress? Head to the brand-new, purpose-built gym to work out your day and get yourself ready for the next one. The gym is accessible to all residents throughout their stay with us.

All residents have their own private kitchen in their bedrooms, as well as half board if they want to,  24-hour security services and air conditioning throughout the student accommodation. Sabadell Llac will be the perfect place to live and learn.
