The day area has a bright and modern living room, where the comfortable and spacious sofa invites you to have relaxing evenings while you entertain yourself with your favorite programs. From the dining room you can access the balcony that has a privileged view of the impressive and wonderful basilica of the Sagrada Familia.

The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the spectacular basilica of the Sagrada Familia. It is part of the neighbourhood that bears the same name, within the district of l'Eixample. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities.

This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around it such as: supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona.

A few steps away is the Avenida Gaudi, an avenue that breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a number of bars and cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of the tremendous work of Gaudi.

The nearest station is located 2 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 7 minutes away, as well as the charming Paseo Sant Joan, where you will find a number of bus stops as well as a great gastronomic offer.
