The kitchen has a ceramic hob with 2 stoves, microwave, big fridge, extractor, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. We also provide dishes, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, knives, cutting boards etc. and even a hair dryer and towels! There is air conditioning with cold and hot air. The Wi-Fi is a fiber optic of 300 MB. The tenants have access to a laundry room located in the same building. There are 3 washing machines, a dryer, 3 irons and ironing boards. In front of the laudry room there is a terrace to hang the clothes. For 100 we offer a weekly cleaning.
