Ideal for couples or a single person, the studio is fully equipped and ready to move in. It is located on a first floor. The property is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very central, next to parallel metro station, this allows an easy access to the different points of the city and to the public transport, restaurants and shops. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 70 euro + VAT for the service.
