About the location: This great apartment is located in the best part of Gràcia which is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Barcelona with its unique bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The city center is easily accessible by metro (nearest stop is at 5 minutes walking distance, Joanic, yellow line L4) which also takes you to the beaches. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 70 euro + VAT for the service.
