The apartment has three beautiful double rooms fully equipped for a stay more comfortable. The floor is renovated and ready to enter to live, the apartment has two beautiful balconies. It is on the second floor with an elevator. It is located in the Sants neighborhood, which is 10 minutes away from the city center and it's a totally different world. Barcelona Sants train station is the central point of the place and one of the best and biggest stations in Barcelona, with direct trains to the airport and other destinations outside the city. Nearby there is the underground station Mercat Nou and Plaça de Sants (L5 – L1 red and blue lines), there are many pleasant restaurants in the surroundings and many bars and shops. It is an excellent option for families or students who want to share and make the most of this traditional Catalan spot. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half a month rent; If you want to check out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 70 euro + VAT for the service.
