This space is totally renovated, it has one double bedroom with wardrobe and with a window to an inner courtyard of the building. In addition the flat has a single bedroom at the other end of the apartment which gives a lot of privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, next to the kitchen there is a living room with a little balcony to the street. The bathroom is very stylish and comes with a shower. Inside the bathroom there is a small door that leads to a laundry room. This is a very cozy and charming apartment, come and have a look!! RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 70 euro + VAT for the service.
