GUESTS POLICY: - One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights. - Previous notification by email is required. - First 2 nights are for free. - After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of €40 per night. - Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant.
