It's a nice double room available in a beautiful place of Eixample neighborhood. It's a 10 minute walk from Sants Estacio, Plaça Francesc Macia, L'Illa shopping center, Hsopital Clinic and Plaça España. At two blocks of metro Entença. It's a four rooms apartment, 2 bathroom rooms, kitchen, living room, dinning room and a nice terrace. All is fully furnished. The room has double bed, built-in wardrobe, night table, chair and desk (optional). The price is €580 per month plus bills, it's €70 per month. The apartment is very nice and clean. Right now we are a boy and a girl. I'm looking for one other guy who wish to live and collaborate in a tidy and clean apartment. -----Be aware that is an online booking platform.
