Price of the room: The price of the room is more economical If you stay longer. €/ month + % depending on your stay ✔ 10 - 11 months = + 0% ✔ 7 - 9 months = + 10% ✔ 4 - 6 months = + 20% ✔ 1 - 3 months = + 25% The standard price will be paid on the platform and the difference will be paid to the owner. Payments methods accepted: ✔ In order to fully confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid before your arrival, apart from your first month's payment through the platform. Important information: - For access to the room, we work with electronic keys that will be sent through an app. Supplies are €135/month and per person. (They include water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and weekly cleaning of common areas. The visit of family members or friends will be admitted only during the day. Visitors cannot stay in the apartment during the night. Required documentation to provide: ✔ID / Passport ✔University acceptance letter CANCELLATION POLICY: - More than 31 days before your arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. - Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. - Less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
