✨ RENTAL CONDITIONS: The minimum stay is 32 nights and the maximum is 330 nights. - Landlord's Other Fee: 18% of the total rental value (amount of 1 month calculated in the Rent Summary as "Other". The total amount of the full stay will be charged at the move-in date) - Deposit (refundable) to be indicated depending on the stay length. This well-located room in a shared apartment has a traditional twist to it. The bedroom is decorated with traditional furniture and it also has ample closet space. The spacious kitchen consists of a gas stove and a microwave. Overall the common area is extremely spacious. It is decorated with a wall unit, comfortable sofa and a dining room table. It also has a flat screen TV, making it a cozy space for you to unwind after a long stressful day. The apartment has a dim lighted bathroom, with lights fixed to the mirror. A spacious bathtub, toilet and storage space. The huge balcony makes for a relaxing place to hang out with the owner of the flat, a super nice old women. Metro lines 2 and 3 connect the apartment to the rest of the city, even though it is already quite central, these lines make it further accessible and easy to live in. 8.-Arrivals policy: Monday to Friday: 3pm - 6:30pm: Free of charge 6:30pm - 9pm: €30 9pm - 11pm: €50 11pm or after: under request Weekends and public holidays: 3pm - 9pm: €30 9pm - 11pm: €50 11pm or after: under request ** From 10:00 pm at 8:00 am. you must be quiet.
