It is a very sunny room with natural colors that will make you feel at home. The apartment has a living room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a wooden dining table. The living room gives access to a balcony, equipped with a small table and two chairs. The modern fully equipped kitchen, characterized by smooth granite counters and orange objects that add a fresh touch of color to the space. You will have access to a full bathroom with a bidet and shower. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not admitted. 4.- If on the day of departure (which is at 10 in the morning) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. 5- Important: There is an additional fee that is calculated based on the number of months of your reservation. The value that appears in the Rental Summary as "Other" is the monthly value of the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation. The total amount of the Administrative Fee must be paid at the time of check-in.
