The day area has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. This space has access to a nice balcony, which will become your green area where you can go out and relax. The kitchen is modern and has all the utensils and high-end appliances to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a practical desk and closet. The second bedroom has a single bed and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower. The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. *The neighborhood:* Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places to live, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. This is the main railroad station of the city so you can take trains to different national and international destinations. A 4 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. Approximately 9 minutes away you will find the busy Plaza España and the Arenas shopping mall, a few meters away you will find the magic fountain of Montjuïc, the National Art Museum of Catalonia and other tourist attractions. The nearest station is "Hostrafancs" (L1) 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
