The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them doubles (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and one with a single bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and fiber wifi. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in Fígols street with Joan Güells, in a very quiet and residential area. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores and services such as supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, restaurants, and parks. In addition, it is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest metro station is Les Corts (L3) and Plaça del Center (L3).
