The day area has a spacious and comfortable living room and integrated kitchen. It has a large window that illuminates the apartment daily and from where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the dock and the impressive yachts at anchor. It has a modern decoration in neutral colors and the space is quite cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about anything and you can cook from the moment you arrive. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. One of them is a suite and has a large built-in closet to store everything you need; the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have TV and the bathrooms are complete and have a shower. Finally, on the terrace you will be able to observe the mountain of Montjuic, the port of Barcelona and the sea. From here it will be possible to enjoy the incredible sunsets that Barcelona has to offer. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. *The neighborhood:* This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants on the cozy terraces. The Plaza de la Barceloneta is the closest to the apartment, just a 1 minute walk away. Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; Also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park. The apartment is located in Passeig Joan de Borbó, which is a perfect place to walk and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. In front of the apartment is located the dock, where the most impressive yachts are anchored. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.
