By opening the windows of this space, you can access the balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook on a daily basis. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and a practical desk; The second bedroom is a single room with a chest of drawers. In Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 5 minutes from the apartment, you will find a nice promenade where you can walk and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts anchored at the pier. It also has a number of bus stops. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 10 minutes from the apartment.
