Includes new towels. 4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. Separate laundry area with washer-dryer. Requirements: * €450 entrance fee. * 1 month deposit. *To be clean and tidy. *Pets are not allowed. *Couples are not allowed. These are temporary contracts (1-11 months); with flexibility to stay as long as wanted during this period.
