The day area consists of a beautiful living room decorated with great taste and large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the necessary high-range appliances. The night area consists of two large double rooms that share two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. Also, the floor has a practical office, perfect for studying or working. Also, the apartment has a spectacular private terrace with a barbecue area. The apartment is conveniently located, close to metro and bus stops, a few steps from the beach and the beautiful Poblenou Park.
