RULES // RULES Instructions and house rules here: 1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. which will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation. 2.-Check-in takes place in our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with the attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client. 3.- More people than those indicated in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not admitted. 4.- If on the day of departure (which is at 10 in the morning) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. 5- Important: There is an additional fee that is calculated based on the number of months of your reservation. The value that appears in the Rental Summary as "Other" is the monthly value of the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation. The total amount of the Administrative Fee must be paid at the time of check-in. As an example: If it is written OTHERS: 100 euros/month, and your reservation is for 3 months, then the fee would be 300 euros and must be paid at check in" 6- Pets are allowed for 15 euros per day or 150 euros per month. 7- When you check out, you just have to leave the keys on the dining table inside, take out the trash, leave the apartment tidy, CLOSE the windows well and close the door when you leave.
