Calm neighborhood with shops and a commercial area nearby. Wifi, bathroom and kitchen equipped, washing machine. The rent includes electricity, wifi, water, and local taxes; if there is excess electricity and/or water consumption, the tenant must pay for it. The ideal stay would be a contract from September to July, but we could evaluate a request from September to December.
