It has air conditioning and heating, and also a security alarm. It is in the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood, in the 22@ district, a 15-minute walk away you have the beach and the promenade. Ideal for a couple or a family with children. But we are open to all types of guests. It has light throughout the day which makes it a very pleasant apartment to work from home.
