Price and Deposit The monthly rent for this apartment is EUR 1,050, including all utilities (internet, electricity, heating, water). At the time of booking, a security deposit of EUR 2,500 is required, which will be fully refunded at check-out, provided the apartment shows no significant damage or missing items. The security deposit is paid via bank transfer to our company's account immediately after the booking is confirmed through the platform.
