apartment in Lower Guinardó (Horta Guinardó), Barcelona

Working as an English teacher in Barcelona and renting the rooms out to share costs. The flat is a 3 bedroom flat and the layout allows everyone to have their own space. Total of 2 people - me and my partner who is here on and off, and friendly Belgian shepherd called Nami. She is part of the family, so you need to be a bit of a dog lover! We have a 4th room but is used as an office and general storage. The flat is well located, close to busses and a 3 min walk to closest metro. Dos de Mayo - blue line. Nice restaurants and bars in the area...we are a one minute walk from the top of Ave Gaudi, Sagrada Familia near Hospital Sant Pau Modernista museum. There's aTV and plenty of wifi. Happy to share Amazon Prime Video account. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
