Gated community one street from the "Madrid Río" park Calle Melilla nº49, Madrid Capital. The apartment has everything needed to move in; fully furnished with enough utensils so you don't have to worry about anything. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine, and utensils (cutlery, pots, pans…). It has 2 bathrooms with shower trays. Heating is by natural gas. The community has 2 entrances, a physical doorman 24 hours, cleaning service every day, a large swimming pool, two paddle courts, green areas, and a trash room. The building has two elevators. One of the great benefits of the apartment is its wonderful location; there are bars of all styles, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centers, small shops, supermarkets, and a place to enjoy the outdoors nearby. Madrid Río is a wide corridor —more than 10 km long— on both banks of the Manzanares River, in the southwest part of the city. Previously, this area was occupied by the layout of the M-30, but since the ring road was buried, thanks to construction that lasted from 2006 to 2010, that space has become a pleasant place to walk, exercise, have a drink, play, swing, observe the river, admire its bridges… We citizens have reclaimed this territory with great joy and, especially on weekends, we enjoy it almost en masse. Very cozy apartment, excellent coexistence, managed by professionals.
