The room has a bathroom for the exclusive use of the tenant, The apartment is located in a residential area, quiet and safe finca. There is a doorwoman in the building that deals with disinfection and there is gel in the hallways, I take care of disinfection of the apartment. We comply with the protocols against COVID for disinfection in the building and in the apartment. it has a very nice balcony in the dining area. There are buses to move to the metro and train station. they take you to the university campus. You will share a flat with the owner and his wife , they have a small dog.
