It is a spacious apartment perfect for students and young professionals, well connected, fully furnished, equipped and very close to Plaza de Prosperidad. It is an apartment with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small dining area and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishes and a washing machine. They all have wardrobes, study tables with lamps, a set of sheets and towels. The apartment is located just one block from Plaza Prosperidad (metro line 4). It has a bus stop just a few steps away (line 9 that takes you to IE) and if you study at EAE you will be a few minutes walk from either of its two locations. Additionally, there is a supermarket across the street (in addition to many others nearby), shops and restaurants, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Includes biweekly cleaning. Important clarifications: 1) We will send an email to the tenants to request their passports and letters of acceptance to the university. Once you give us these documents, we will send you the contract for you to review and sign. 2) Payment of the deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the contract start date. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about signing up for these services. 4) Within our services we have biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) Check in times are on the day of the start of the contract from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you do not want/are unable to check in that day, you must notify , with a minimum of 15 days, of the desired date for check in, which must be within 's business hours (9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). If you need special assistance for check-in (even on the start date of the contract, but outside business hours or on weekends/holidays), €30 must be paid and will be subject to approval by . . 6) The provision of supplies will be paid every month along with the rent. Make it clear that it is just a provision. At the end of your stay, supplies will be settled with actual invoices. 7) The deposit will be returned up to 30 days after your departure from the apartment.
