Nice and bright room for rent in a shared apartment in Madrid! The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops). The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable bed (single double / 1.50mx 2m), closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included. Apartment with three bright bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. A very cool living-dining area, with air conditioning. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately €60 per month. The MINIMUM STAY in this room is 10 months except in summer that you can stay one or two months. The room comes with all bedsheets at move in but you have to pay them at move out (60.-€). There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 2nd floor.
