Large and bright room on Paseo de la Castellana, within a large, newly renovated, brand new apartment, which has 5 rooms. The room has a private bathroom, flat TV, air conditioning, study table and shelves. It also has several windows, which provide great lighting to the room. All common areas are completely renovated, furnished and are very spacious, to facilitate the coexistence of all inhabitants. The kitchen has a double refrigerator - freezer and the living room has a large screen, large study areas and large windows with impressive views of the city. The building has a doorman and elevator. These are some things you should know: Important clarifications: 1) We will send an email to tenants to request their passports and letters of acceptance to the university. Once you give us these documents, we will send you the contract for you to review and sign. 2) Payment of the deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the contract start date. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about signing up for these services. 4) Within our services we have biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) Check in times are on the day of the start of the contract from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you do not want/are unable to check in that day, you must notify , with a minimum of 15 days, of the desired date for check in, which must be within 's business hours (9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). If you need special assistance for check-in (even on the start date of the contract, but outside business hours or on weekends/holidays), €30 must be paid and will be subject to approval by . . 6) The provision of supplies will be paid every month along with the rent.
