This 60sqm apartment with amazing views, is ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals. The apartment has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, however, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. The m(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with sofa, whereas the second bedroom has two single beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The apartment has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwaves, dishwasher and hob), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has 2 sofas, a crib and a flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a conduit AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €200/month. Justicia neighborhood starts on the elegant Gran Vía boulevard & it is characterized by its neoclassic buildings, luxury boutiques & The Spanish Court. It is located near the cosmopolitan Chueca area, which is famous due to the original shops (in Hortaleza street) and its night life. All neighbors meet in San Antón market, which has a rooftop terrace and tapas bars. Justicia is home to a great shopping variety stores, many restaurants, the SGAE building (one of the little modernist structures in the capital) & many singular places in between the hipster Malasaña area & Salamanca area classicism. On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks. However, even though Justicia neighborhood is located a few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
