The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a couch and SmartTV. There is a Gas-individual heater heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a Split AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €200/month. Neighborhood: El Viso is one of the neighborhoods that make up the Chamartín district, in the north of Madrid. Its limits are, to the north, Concha Espina Avenue; to the east, Calle del Príncipe de Vergara; to the south, María de Molina street; and, to the west, the Paseo de la Castellana. In the neighborhood you can find the distinguished Serrano street, known for its luxurious shops and restaurants. Another important avenue in the neighborhood is Joaquín Costa street.
