The flat is ideal for 4 people, however, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 6 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an 2 Independent Bathrooms, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - two single beds. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, Oven, microwaves, dishwasher, vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with 3 seats and flat screen TV. Take into account that the tower speakers only work with the DVD system & not the TV. There is an individual boiler heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a splits AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stay over night. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €200/month. Neighborhood: The Malasaña neighborhood forms an irregular square flanked by the Gran Vía to the south, Fuencarral street to the east, Carranza street to the north and, finally, San Bernardo street to the west. It owes its name to Manuela Malasaña, a Madrid heroine of the May 2, 1808 uprisings against French troops. This historical fact is of great importance in the neighborhood since its nerve center, the Plaza del Dos de Mayo, is located on the site of the old Monteleón Artillery Park where there was a focus of uprising under the command of Luís Daoíz and Pedro Velarde. In the current square an arch of the old barracks and the monument in honor of these two captains are preserved. Malasaña is closely linked to the Movida, the cultural and social revolution that emerged in Madrid during the 1980s and that had its epicenter in this Madrid neighborhood.
