Hello! Room for rent in the center of Madrid for the months of July and August. LOCATION: The house is great located, you have the metro (line 1) one minute away and 24-hour supermarkets open at street level. Sol is a 6-minute walk away and Gran Vía is a 10-minute walk away. You have the flea market next door on Sundays and you can walk practically anywhere. HOUSE: -The room is the largest in the house and has a closet with a shoe rack, a donkey with a large drawer, a shelf, a mirror and a chest of drawers, so you have plenty of space to put your things. The window is small but perfect for ventilating the room (it faces the landing). It also has a small window with a removable curtain through which a lot of light enters. The room is very large and cozy. -It has a living room with a balcony and views of the street, two sofas and a dining table. The house has two bathrooms, I have posted a photo of the one that belongs to the room. It is small but it has several shelves both in the shower and outside, where you can put many things. A cleaning agent was recently hired and it was left spotless. -The kitchen has an oven, microwave and refrigerator, it is very comfortable for cooking and the cupboards are spacious. We recently renovated a couple of things and it was thoroughly cleaned down to the walls. -The house is super cool, so in summer it is great. In addition, the living room windows ventilate the entire house when they are opened. The hallway also has small windows that give light and can be opened. COMPANIONS: Two boys and a girl, 20-25 years old. The colleagues are very friendly and there is a very good vibe in the house, we usually meet in the living room and spend time together, but respecting each other's personal space. Everyone works and has different schedules, so you can also enjoy time alone at home. PRICE: It is 450 euros per month for rent, plus 50 euros for expenses: electricity, water and gas. Spending money is also used to buy cleaning products, household items, and some basic food items (like salt) that are shared.
