The flat is ideal for 2 people, however, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including a sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower plate. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find some soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay overnight. The house has an American kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwaves, stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with three seats and flat screen TV. The heating system works with splits to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you can use the same split machines with the help of remote control. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €100/month.
