This studio is on the ground floor and has a patio. The studio is about 25 square meters in size. The patio is also about 25 square meters, which is shared with another studio of ours where university students also stay. The studio is entered from Camino Viejo de Leganés street and we have two security doors. It is 20 meters from Día and 150 meters from the Urgel metro. In the room there is a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The kitchen is American and has electricity. The bathroom is complete with a shower, which has a door to enter the patio. Note: We only accept students with university DOCUMENTS. House expenses, 120 euros fixed per month. The window of the room faces the street, therefore, the noise of cars is inevitable, as is that of garbage trucks that pass by in the mornings.
Maximum age to be accepted: 32 years old.
Landlord supports City Hall registration on the property if you book at least 6 months.
