Oca has 12 rooms, 5 of which are en-suite with private bathrooms, and there are 4 shared bathrooms. The common areas feature a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The communal dining area is adapted to meet your needs, whether for studying or working, with high tables to make daily tasks more comfortable.

Access to the cohousing is quick and easy from Oca Street 103, making it convenient to come and go. Enjoy full facilities that offer a comfortable and organized living environment, fostering a pleasant community experience.
